Do you provide data-destruction certificates?
Yes. You’ll receive certificates and an asset report (serials, status, and outcome) to support compliance.
Can you collect from multiple sites?
Yes. We schedule multi-site pickups and coordinate chain of custody across locations.
What happens to devices after collection?
We prioritise reuse via secure refurbishment and donation. Items not fit for reuse are recycled in line with WEEE.
Is there a minimum volume?
For small loads, we may group collections or ask for a modest contribution to costs—for example a £20 donation for under 5 items.
